There are four programs:

Payments are processed through Stripe. PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment plans are available for 3- and 6-month programs.

Coaching is fully online, so you can join from anywhere. Clients in Tokyo can meet for a check-in, but it is optional.

Weekly calls take place via Zoom or phone. Continued communication by text is for feedback, accountability, and support.
